You approve. Everything else is automated.

A step-by-step look at how your website content becomes platform-specific social media posts across nine channels — without you writing a single caption.

The pipeline

Six steps from your website to nine platforms

01

Detect

Daily website crawl at 6 AM

Every morning, our crawler fetches your sitemap and compares content hashes against stored snapshots. When a new page, blog post, or significant content update is detected, it automatically triggers the next step. No manual input needed — the platform watches your site for you.

First run for a new client seeds the snapshot database without creating tasks. After that, only genuine content changes trigger new posts.

02

Generate

AI reads the full page, not just the title

The AI reads your actual source page — extracting specific numbers, stats, data points, stories, and takeaways. It then generates a complete social media post package: visual text hierarchy (header, subheader, description), two captions (long for Instagram/LinkedIn, short for Twitter/Bluesky), YouTube title and tags, Pinterest title, hashtags, and a detailed Canva design brief.

Post format (single image, carousel up to 4 slides, or video) is chosen based on what fits the content best — not a random rotation.

03

Design

A designer creates the visual from the AI brief

The system creates an Asana task with all content ready — captions, design brief, format specs — and assigns it to a team member with a due date. A designer creates the visual in Canva following the AI-generated brief exactly, then links the completed design on the task.

Workload is distributed automatically. Each team member has a daily capacity, and high-priority tasks (like client requests) bump lower-priority ones with automatic rescheduling.

04

Approve

Nothing goes live without your sign-off

The completed post moves to "Waiting for Approval" automatically. You get a notification to review the captions, design, and platform assignments. Approve it, request changes, or let your account manager handle it. The system waits until a post is explicitly approved before scheduling.

Your AI assistant Titan handles status updates, answers questions about your posts, and confirms task routing — so you always know where things stand.

05

Schedule

Hourly runs, platform-specific formatting

Every hour, the scheduler picks up approved posts. It exports the Canva design in the correct format for each platform — PNG for Instagram, JPG for TikTok (which rejects PNG for images), PDF for LinkedIn carousels, MP4 for video. Then it creates separate API calls per platform group, each with the right caption length and formatting.

Instagram carousels auto-create from multiple images. LinkedIn carousels use publishImagesAsPDF for swipeable slides. YouTube Shorts get custom titles, tags, and category. TikTok image posts get configurable auto-music. Every API response is verified before marking success.

06

Recycle

Your best content keeps working indefinitely

Approved posts enter an evergreen autolist. Every week, the system shuffles all posts randomly and reschedules the entire batch across the coming weeks. Your content rotates continuously — a client's best posts keep generating engagement without any manual intervention.

On top of evergreen rotation, seasonal content runs within date windows (ski season Nov-Apr, patio season May-Sep), and holiday posts are generated and scheduled for the entire year on January 2nd.

Platform-specific formatting

Not the same post copied nine times

Each platform gets the right format, caption length, and media type. One piece of content creates up to three separate API calls — each optimized for its destination.

Post A — Long caption

500-1,000+ characters

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile

For video posts, also includes TikTok and YouTube

Post B — Short caption

Under 280 characters

Twitter/X, Bluesky

For single images, also includes Pinterest with pin title and board assignment

Post C — TikTok images

Long caption with auto-music

TikTok only

Separate post in JPG format — TikTok rejects PNG for images

PNG

Instagram

Posts, carousels (auto-created), and Reels with feed visibility enabled.

PNG

Facebook

Posts and Reels. Video reels include a separate title field.

PDF

LinkedIn

Carousels rendered as swipeable PDF. Link preview disabled for media posts.

JPG

TikTok

Separate image posts in JPG (TikTok rejects PNG). Auto-music per brand.

MP4

YouTube Shorts

Custom title, tags, category, and privacy. Up to 5,000-char descriptions.

PNG

Twitter / X

Purpose-written short caption under 280 characters. Images and video.

PNG

Bluesky

Short caption with full media support. Same style as Twitter/X.

PNG

Pinterest

Pin title, board assignment, and link-back URL to your source page.

PNG

Google Business

Publication posts. Keeps your listing active for local search.

Beyond daily posts

Holidays, seasons, events, and video — all automated

Holiday Automation

On January 2nd every year, the platform generates and schedules holiday-themed content for every holiday on your list. Fixed dates like July 4th and calculated dates like "Third Monday in January" — all handled.

Posts go live at 10 AM on the exact holiday — never a day early or late. Supports US, Canadian, and European holidays.

Seasonal Campaigns

Each brand has a CSV of posts tied to season windows — "Ski Season" runs November 15 to April 15, "Patio Season" from May to September. The system only schedules posts when their season is active.

Supports cross-year seasons. Posts loop continuously within their window — when all posts have run once, they repeat until the season ends.

Event Promotion

Recurring events get a countdown posting schedule — posts go out at 14 days, 7 days, 1 day before, and day-of. Events automatically roll to the next occurrence after the date passes.

One-time events are scheduled once and done. Recurring events like monthly meetups or annual conferences run indefinitely.

Video Pipeline

Send a 5-minute clip or a 90-minute webinar. The platform transcribes it, extracts the best 30-90 second segments, smart-crops to vertical using face detection, burns in word-by-word captions, adds a title overlay and background music.

A 55-minute webinar typically produces 4-8 clips — each posted to Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Twitter/X, Bluesky, and LinkedIn.

What your week looks like

You look at the post — captions, visual design, everything is done

4

You click Approve (or request changes)

5

Posts go live across all your platforms automatically

6

Your best content comes back around on rotation

7

Holidays and seasonal campaigns run themselves

8

Long-form videos get turned into short clips automatically
