Fieldgates now includes an affiliate-program workspace for organizations with an active subscription. Owners and admins can manage the referral and commission work described below in Fieldgates.
Configure the program
Owners and admins can set commission terms and choose the referral destination affiliates will share. Those settings are configured in the workspace.
Add affiliates and share referral links
Add affiliates to the program, then copy a unique referral link for each person. Those links track clicks in Fieldgates, giving the organization a clear record of referral activity.
Manage the commission ledger
The commission ledger supports recording, approving, rejecting, and adjusting commission entries. Fieldgates bills its own service fee separately on approved commissions.
