Backlog visibility is free. Paid capacity is used when eligible work is intentionally activated for execution.
When capacity is full, work waits for the next reset rather than disappearing or creating surprise charges.
Missing approval, access, input, or third-party availability pauses work and shows the exact unlock step.
Pricing questions
It is the number of eligible activated tasks Fieldgates can move through execution each day. Capacity describes available work slots, not a guarantee that every task will finish that day. Complexity, approvals, access, and third-party timing can affect completion.
Unused daily task capacity does not roll over by default. When today’s capacity is full, eligible activated tasks wait for the next daily reset instead of creating an unannounced charge.
Free includes onboarding, the initial AI business audit and research, reports, and a prioritized backlog preview. Standard execution and paid deliverables are not included.
Not always. Fieldgates can show valuable work that needs an upgrade, add-on, missing permission, or custom scope. The task explains the reason before anything moves forward.
Enterprise is for custom capacity, coverage, turnaround, support, or project requirements that should be scoped with a person before work begins.
